个人信息

袁志辉,男,博士,副教授,硕导,长沙理工大学电气与信息工程学院实验中心副主任,长沙理工大学“湖湘学者”青年学者<特聘教授>。生于1983年11月,籍贯湖南省桂阳县。曾荣获长沙理工大学信息化教学竞赛三等奖等荣誉。2007年7月毕业于湘潭大学电子信息工程专业,获学士学位;2013年7月毕业于中国科学院大学(中国科学院电子学研究所),通过硕博连读获得通信与信息系统专业博士学位;2013年-至今在电气与信息工程学院电子系从事科研与教学工作;2018年11月-2019年11月在美国南卫理公会大学任访问学者。研究方向为InSAR信号处理以及深度学习在信号处理中的应用。主持完成国家自然科学基金青年项目1项、湖南省自然科学基金青年项目1项、湖南省教育厅科学研究项目1项、校级科研基金项目1项;现主持湖南省教育厅优秀青年项目1项、电力机器人湖南省重点实验室开放基金资助项目1项;先后参与国家自然科学基金、湖南省自然科学基金和湖南省教育厅重点科研项目等6项;以第一发明人获发明专利授权3项,与他人合作获发明专利授权5项;以第一作者或第一通信作者在国内外重要刊物上发表期刊论文12篇,其中SCI收录9篇、EI收录2篇;与他人合作发表期刊论文20余篇,其中SCI收录15篇;获2020年湖南省地理信息产业科技进步奖二等奖1项(排名第3);IEEE GRSM、TGRS、JSTARS、Access、SPL、Remote Sensing和JARS等遥感类和信号处理类国际权威期刊审稿专家;2023年3月份的ESI学科贡献统计结果显示,本人在地球科学学科的发文量为16,被引频次198,贡献率为8.94%,排名全校第2。担任国家自然科学基金通讯评审专家和浙江省基础与应用基础研究基金项目评审专家。
