陈立福:男,汉族,中共党员,博士,副教授,硕士研究生导师,1979年2月出生于河北省沧州。国家自然科学基金委评审专家,全国研究生教育评估监测专家,中国遥感应用学会会员,《电子科学与技术》期刊编委,TGRS、Remote sensing、JAG、GRSL、IEEE JSTARS、宇航学报、中国空间科学技术等杂志审稿专家。主持国家自然科学基金及省部级项目等10余项,作为主要研究人员参与国家863项目、973项目、国家自然科学基金项目等近10项。在JAG、IEEE Transactions on Geoscience and Remote Sensing、GRSL、Remote sensing、宇航学报、电子信息学报等国内外著名期刊及IGARSS会议发表论文80余篇,其中SCI检索30余篇,EI检索近20篇,申请及授权发明专利20余项。指导研究生主持湖南省及长沙理工大学研究生创新项目5项。
